1. 餐具由外用到外

2. 用餐時如需暫停或離席,應把刀叉成八字型放於右邊

3. 用餐完畢後,刀叉應並排防於右邊

4. 離碟子最近到最遠: 白酒杯–>紅酒杯–>水杯–>香檳杯

5. 提起酒杯時應該拿著杯腳
