烤肥牛包冬瓜

步驟
  • Open a pack of 火鍋肥牛片.
    If the pieces are stuck together, thaw it first before handling. We would want to keep each 肥牛片 as intact as possible.
  • Cut winter melon into small cubes of 2CM x 3CM x 3CM.

    Put pieces into boiling water for 5 minutes only. Do not over boil or else it will lose its form.

    Take out pieces and rest it on a plate. Let it cool.
  • Wrap winter melon pieces with 肥牛片.
    Use one slice of 肥牛片 to wrap around the winter melon.
    Rotate the winter melon by 90 degrees, then wrap around with a second piece.

    Basically, just wrap the entire thing with 2 pieces!
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Add a thick slice of garlic on each piece of wrapped winter melon.
  • Use an oil brush to brush oil over the top of all pieces.
  • Bake pieces for 10 minutes.

    While baking, chop spring onion horizontally into very fine ring shapes.
  • When pieces are finished baking, take it out of the oven.
    Take a small pinch of salt and pepper and spring onion and sprinkle it on every piece.

    Ready to serve!
