步驟

將麵粉、吉士粉、自發粉和粟粉一同過篩。

Sieve Flour, Custard Powder, Self Raising Flour and Corn Flour together.
加入糖和兩隻已打發的雞蛋。

Add in Sugar and 2 beaten eggs.
分多次加入水，拌勻後，再慢慢加入煉奶和油。

Add in the Water bit by bit and mix well and slowly add in the evaporated milk and oil
在雞蛋仔模上噴上一層薄薄的油。以中慢火燒熱雞蛋仔模，倒入適量的粉漿以蓋過模具的一面。將雞蛋仔模反轉，均勻燒熟兩邊。

Spray the pan with thin layer of oil. Heat low - medium and pour just enough mixture to cover one side of the pan and flip it after to cook both sides.
