步驟
  • If you can’t find any rice flour, you may measure 200g of rice and put it in blender, beat it~ beat it~ make them into powder.
  • Put rice flour, sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook them till it’s thicken, texture like….baby food.
  • Wait till the mixture cool down. Add 1.5 tbsp of water to the dried yeast, wait for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the yeast and baking powder into the mixture. Mix them well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap. Put them aside for 10 hours at 18 degree. or 6 hours in summer.
  • Grease the cake pan,pour the mixture into the cake pan, cover it with aluminum foil. Boil the water. When it’s boiled, put the cake pan to steam for 30 mins.
  • Wait till its cool, cut them into any shapes you like!
