潺菜番茄薯仔湯
Simple delicious 'slippery vegetable' soup.

步驟
  • Wash the 潺菜 thoroughly.
  • Peel 2 potatoes. In the photo I have 3 potatos, but I actually used too much. 2 is enough.
  • Poke several holes in each potato.
  • Cut the potatoes into chunks and place in pot to boil.
  • Slice 3 tomatoes into wedges.
  • Put tomatoes in pot to boil as well. Boil on high heat for 30 minutes.
  • Put in 潺菜 to boil.
    Boil for 10 minutes on medium low fire.
  • Add in 雞粉 and 黑胡椒粉 and boil for 5 minutes on low heat. Stir well and make sure all 雞粉 dissolves evenly.

    (OPTIONAL) Add in 滑豆腐.
  • Add in boiled water if too much water is boiled away. Ready to serve!
