盒淡忌廉已經開左幾日,要拿拿聲KO佢。



Cream cheese.......100g

淡忌廉...............100ml

Blueberry jam….100g

牛油...................25g

低粉...................20g

粟粉...................10g

........................3

1. 蛋黃打散

2. Cream cheese + 淡忌廉 牛油隔熱水徹底坐溶後撞入蛋黃中打勻

3. 篩入粉類拌勻

4. 過濾隔渣

5. 加入blueberry jam拌勻

6. 蛋白 + 糖打至企身

7. 1/3蛋白霜加入芝士糊中拌勻

8. (6)倒回剩餘的蛋白霜中輕手拌勻

9. 入模,160度蒸焗50mins
