前日開左杯blueberry jamscones食,食剩少少jam,今日用埋佢,因為只得少少剩,所以個cake唔係好夠紫藍色。


芝士片...............3

淡忌廉...............100ml

Blueberry jam…22g

牛油...................25g

低粉...................20g

粟粉...................10g

........................3

....................50g

藍梅乾………….隨意

 

1. 蛋黃打散

2. 芝士片淡忌廉 + 牛油隔熱水徹底坐溶後撞入蛋黃中打勻

3. 過濾隔渣

4. 篩入粉類拌勻

5. 加入藍梅乾拌勻

6. 蛋白 + 糖打至企身

7. 1/3蛋白霜加入芝士糊中拌勻

8. (7)倒回剩餘的蛋白霜中輕手拌勻

9. 入模,160度蒸焗50mins
