步驟
  • Butter the pudding cups or ramekins , set aside. Preheat the oven to 150°.
  • Make the caramel, combine the sugar and water in a saucepan, make sure it’s a flat bottom pan. Boil with medium heat without stirring. You can swirl the pan around from time to time, so it boil evenly.
  • As the caramel turn golden brown, remove from heat. Pour hot water into it, mix them well. Pour the caramel into the prepared cups, coat the bottoms evenly.
  • Whisk the egg in a large bowl.
  • Combine the vanilla sugar, milk in a saucepan. Gently heat over low heat until all sugar dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
  • Pour the warm milk into the egg mixture,whisk until well combined.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve into the prepared cups. Cover with foil.
  • Place the pudding cups in a baking pan. Pour water into the pan until the water level reaches 1/3 sides of the cups.
  • Bake for 30 mins.
  • Run a butter knife, or simple a small knife around the edge of each pudding cups and invert the pudding onto serving plates.
  • Decorate your custard with any fruits, cream, chocolate, candies, whatever~ ENJOY!
